How long does my share link stay active?
The link sets a 90-day cookie on the visitor's browser. Any signup within 90 days is credited to you. If the visitor already has a cookie from a different affiliate, the first cookie wins and your link does not overwrite it.
What counts as a conversion?
A conversion is a new customer who subscribes to a paid Apex plan within 90 days of clicking your link. Free trial signups that never convert to paid do not count.
Is there a minimum payout?
No minimum. If you have earned anything at the end of the month, it is paid out. We pay on the first business day of each month.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
If a referred customer cancels and gets a refund, the corresponding commission is clawed back. Commissions for active subscriptions are never clawed back.
Can I refer myself?
No. If the checkout email matches your affiliate email, the referral is not credited. Self-referrals are flagged automatically.
