The service

Apex Chatbot provides an AI chat widget you can embed on your website. The bot answers visitor questions using the information you provide and the public content of your website, and can capture visitor contact details as leads.

The service is provided by Tokár Ádám EV, Gyula, Hungary (adam@apexweb.hu).

Free plan, trials, subscriptions, cancellation

Creating an account or business profile does not start a paid subscription. Chatbot Free activates without Stripe or a payment card and is subject to the usage limits shown on the pricing page. When its AI allowance is exhausted, AI replies pause while the contact and booking handoff remains available. Paid monthly Chatbot plans charge the listed monthly price immediately. Monthly Voice, Automation, and Suite plans include a 7 day trial. Annual plans have no trial and charge the full annual price immediately.

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually through Stripe, depending on the billing interval you select, unless cancelled.

You can cancel any time from the dashboard or by email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, spam, or deceiving consumers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give the bot, and for your website complying with the law.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attack the infrastructure, or generate unlawful output, after notifying you when reasonably possible.

Website projects and self-serve publishing products

Custom website work is quote-based. After you submit a brief, we prepare a fixed-price quote with scope, timeline, handover terms, and any payment milestones.

The self-serve Website and Webshop builders are hosted subscriptions. Webshop inquiry checkout works by default. Card checkout is available only when the shop owner's connected Stripe account is ready and charges are enabled; otherwise payment and delivery are confirmed manually with the buyer.

The shop owner remains responsible for product accuracy, fulfilment, shipping, refunds, taxes, and complying with consumer law. Stripe's separate terms apply to connected payment accounts.

Project ownership, revisions, hosting, third-party services, and post-launch support for quoted work are governed by the accepted quote. Unless a quote says otherwise, you own the delivered project files after full payment, while domains, payment providers, and external accounts remain under your control.

AI disclaimer

Chatbot replies are generated by a large language model. Despite safeguards, replies can be inaccurate. The bot is configured not to make binding promises on your behalf, but you should review conversations regularly. We are not liable for individual AI replies; your statutory rights are unaffected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing limits liability for intentional misconduct or damages to life, body, or health.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms with 30 days notice by email. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Hungarian law governs. Consumer disputes may be brought to the Békés County Conciliation Board or Hungarian courts.
