How much does it cost to start?
Chatbot Free is $0 with no card and includes 50 lifetime customer conversations plus up to 200 AI replies. Paid Chatbot plans are Starter $59, Pro $119 and Business $299/month. Monthly Voice, Automation and Apex Front Desk Pro include a 7-day trial; annual plans have no trial.
What languages does the chatbot speak?
English, Hungarian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Polish, with more being added. The chatbot switches language automatically based on what the visitor writes.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any subscription at any time from your dashboard with no penalty. Project work (website, webshop) is governed by a separate brief.
Where is my data stored?
Primary application and conversation storage is hosted in the EU. Some subprocessors may process limited data outside the EEA under applicable transfer safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
