What happens on a call
- The line is answered. The receptionist greets the caller with your configured greeting, in English or Hungarian, at any hour.
- Questions are answered from your information. Services, opening hours, prices and policies come from the business context you approved. If something is not covered, it does not invent an answer.
- The caller's details are captured. Name, phone number, what they need and how urgent it is are collected for follow-up.
- Your team takes over. The conversation comes back to your team, so a person confirms appointments and anything sensitive.
Try it before it answers real calls
Every plan starts with a branded web demo: you hear your own receptionist in the browser before a phone number is activated. The callable number is activated after payment. Number porting and call forwarding from an existing number are scoped on request.
AI receptionist pricing
- Starter: $149 per month, 300 included receptionist minutes, one supported US +1 or Hungarian +36 number.
- Pro: $299 per month, 900 included minutes, editable voice settings and knowledge-base sync.
- Business: $599 per month, 2,500 included minutes, onboarding session and founder-led launch support.
- Minutes above the allowance cost $0.20 per minute. A hard cap at twice the included minutes pauses the line for the rest of the period, so a busy month cannot run away with the bill.
- Every plan has a 7-day free trial and can be canceled anytime.
AI receptionist, website chatbot or both?
If most leads are lost on the phone, start with the receptionist. If visitors leave the website with unanswered questions, start with the website chatbot, which has a free plan. Apex Front Desk Pro bundles the chatbot, the AI receptionist with 300 minutes and approval-first follow-up automation from $199 per month.
